1. Payment Methods

The following secure payment options are available in our online store:

  • Prepayment via bank transfer: You will receive a payment request with all account details in your order confirmation.

  • PayPal: Pay securely and quickly using your PayPal account.

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express): Transactions are processed securely via Wix Payments or Stripe.

  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: Convenient payment via your smartphone or browser.

2. Shipping Terms & Delivery Times
Please note that our products are manufactured and shipped in two different ways:


a) In-house shipping (originals, hand-painted commissioned works, and direct sales)
These artworks are personally packaged by us and shipped via DHL or Deutsche Post.
 

  • Delivery time within Germany: 2–3 weeks after receipt of payment (if advance payment is agreed: 2–3 weeks after the date of your payment instruction).

  • Delivery time to other EU countries: 2–3 weeks after receipt of payment (if advance payment is agreed: 2–3 weeks after the date of your payment instruction).

  • Delivery time worldwide: 3–4 weeks after receipt of payment (if advance payment has been agreed: 3–4 weeks after the date of your payment instruction).

  • For custom commissions, the delivery period begins only after the artwork has been completed, as individually agreed.

b) Print-on-Demand (Art Prints & Merchandise via Printful)

These products are only produced and shipped individually for you by our partner Printful after your order has been placed. The delivery time consists of the production time (fulfillment) and the shipping time.

  • Delivery time within Germany: 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment (in the case of agreed advance payment: 2-3 weeks after the time of your payment instruction).

  • Delivery time to other EU countries: 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment (in the case of agreed advance payment: 2-3 weeks after the time of your payment instruction).

  • Delivery time worldwide: 3-4 weeks after receipt of payment (in the case of agreed advance payment: 3-4 weeks after the time of your payment instruction).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed directly in your shopping cart before you submit your order.

  • Shipping within Germany: Free of charge!

  • Shipping to other EU countries: Free of charge!

  • Shipping worldwide: Free of charge!
