(For digital products or artwork/commissioned works created according to customer specifications, the right of withdrawal generally does not apply in accordance with legal requirements, provided you have agreed to this in advance).
Important note: After submitting the form, you will immediately receive an automated email confirming receipt of your withdrawal. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your withdrawal. Since there is no legal right of withdrawal for artworks created individually according to customer specifications (commissioned works), we personally review each request afterward. Once the review is complete, we will promptly send you a separate message regarding the status of your withdrawal and the next steps in the reversal process.
